Arguments
<NR3> is the high value in percent.
Examples
POWER:REFLEVEL:PERCENT:HIG H 95 sets the high reference level to 95% of
the signal amplitude.
POWER:REFLEVEL:PERCENT:HIG H? might return
:POWER:REFLEVEL:PERCENT:HI GH 90 indicating that the percentage high
reference level is set to 90% of the signal amplitude.
POWer:REFLevel:PERCent:LOW
Sets or returns the low reference percent level for power measurements.
