:SOURce:INSErt:DEFEct:TIME:RANGe
This query returns a units keyword and two integer numbers representing the minimum and maximum
duration values for timed defects. The units keyword is one of FRAME, US, MS, S, SEC10 (0.1S), and
SEC100 (0.01S).
Syntax :SOURce<slot>:INSErt:DEFEct:TIME:RANGe? <Enum>

NONE No defect is selected
