NOTE: The three wheel motors used on the Reelmas-
ter 3100--D are similar in construction but do have some
differences. The right front and left front motors are the
same basicdesign but theright sidemotor has a reverse
timed manifold to allow correct rotation direction for for-
ward and reverse. The end cover of the rear motor has
a check valve consisting of a ball and spring, and both
front motors lack this feature. The wheel motor shown
in Figure 45 is a rear motor.
IMPORTANT: If a wheelmotor failure occurred,refer
to Traction Circuit (Closed Loop) Component Fail-
ure in the General Information section for informa-
tion regarding the importance of removing
contamination from the traction circuit.
