General Information
The Greensmaster eFlex uses a 53 volt DC (nominal)
electrical system that is an isolated circuit. The vehicle
frame is not used for any ground connections.
After performing any repair on machine e lectrical com-
ponents, make sure that wiring is routed and secured so
as to prevent abrasion or contact with moving machine
parts.
Operator ’s Manuals
The TractionUnit and Lithium BatteryPack Charger Op-
erator’s Manuals provide information regarding the op-
eration, general maintenance and maintenance
intervals for your Greensmaster machine and charger.
Refer to these Operator’s Manuals for additional infor-
mation when servicing the machine.
Electrical Drawings
The electrical schematic and wire harness drawings for
Greensmaster eFlex 1800 and 2100 machines are lo-
cated in Chapter 8 -- Foldout Drawings.
Toro Electronic Controller (TEC)
Greensmaster eFlex 1800 and 2100 machines use a
Toro Electronic Controller (TEC) to manage machine
electrical functions. The controller is microprocessor
controlled that senses the condition of various switches
(inputs) and directs electrical power to control appropri-
ate machine functions (outputs) based on the inputs.
The status of inputs to the controller as well as outputs
from the controller can be monitored with the InfoCenter
displayon the console. If a problem exists that could pre-
vent normal operation, the InfoCenter display will dis-
play an operator advisory or fault code to assist in
identifying the problem. The TEC controller is attached
to the machine under the powercentercoverlocatedbe-
hind the battery pack.
