Fault Code (Lamp Flashes)
Fault Description
4--3 Optional hydraulic oil temperature sensor is faulty (GR3420)
4--4 System voltage to generator and all cutting unit motors is
insufficient (likely a 48V battery problem)
4--5 System voltage to generator and all cutting unit motors is
excessive (e.g. incorrect batteries or charger problem)
4--6 Logic system voltage to generator and all cutting unit motors is
excessive (e.g. incorrect batteries or charger problem)
4--7 Current to console high temperature warning light is excessive (GR3420)
4--9 Generator current is excessive
5--1 Engine alternator voltage output is incorrect
5--2 Engine alternator voltage output is excessive
5--4 Right fuse 2 (7.5 amp) for TEC outputs is faulty
5--5 Right fuse 3 (7.5 amp) for TEC outputs is faulty
5--6 Right fuse 4 (7.5 amp) for TEC outputs is faulty
5--7 Current to leak detector alarm (GR3320) or glow relay (GR3420) is excessive
5--9 48V contactor is faulty (stuck in closed position)
6--2 Generator speed is excessive
6--3 Location ID module is faulty
6--4 Main power relay is faulty (this fault could also indicate that all TEC output 7.5
amp fuses are faulty)
6--6 Controller software in cutting unit motors and/or generator incompatible with
TEC controller
6--7 Current to solenoid coil S1 (lift/lower manifold) is excessive
6--9 Current to 48V contactor coil is excessive
7--1 Current to solenoid coil S2 (lift/lower manifold) is excessive
7--4 Current to solenoid coil S3 (lift/lower manifold) is excessive
7--6 Current to solenoid coil S4 (lift/lower manifold) is excessive
7--8 Current to solenoid coil PRV (mow manifold) is excessive
8--1 Current to start relay is excessive
8--3 CAN--Bus address issue existed
8--4 Current to E--reel enable relay is excessive
8--6 System voltage to #1 cutting unit motor is excessive
(motor will be disabled)
8--7 System voltage to #2 cutting unit motor is excessive
(motor will be disabled)
8--8 System voltage to #3 cutting unit motor is excessive
(motor will be disabled)
8--9 System voltage to g enerator is excessive
(generator will be disabled)
9--4 System voltage to #1 cutting unit motor is insufficient
(motor will be disabled)
9--5 System voltage to #2 cutting unit motor is insufficient
(motor will be disabled)
9--6 System voltage to #3 cutting unit motor is insufficient
(motor will be disabled)
