Fuse Block (Greensmaster 3420 with Serial Number Above 312000000)
The fuse block on Greensmaster 3420 machines is at-
tached to the frame under the operator seat (Fig. 46).
In addition to the fuses in the fuse block, a 50 amp
maxi--fuse is includedin thewire harness. Thisfuse pro-
tects the engine cooling fan circuit and resides in a fuse
holder under the right side cover next to operator seat.
Fuse Identification and Function
UseFigure47toidentifyeachindividualfuseanditscor-
rect amperage. Fuses for Greensmaster 3420 m a-
chines with a serial number above 312000000 have the
following function:
Right Fuse 1 (2 Amp): Protects TEC logic and igni-
tion switch power supply circuits.
RightFuse 2(7.5Amp): Protects TECoutput power
supply for start relay, engine run solenoid, fuel pump
and glow relay.
RightFuse 3(7.5Amp): Protects TECoutput power
supplyforfan relay,cutting reelsengage solenoid,lift
enable solenoid (S1) and lift/lower solenoid (S2).
RightFuse 4(7.5Amp): Protects TECoutput power
supplyforlift solenoidsS3(front cuttingunits) and S4
(center cutting unit).
Left Fuse 1 (10 Amp): Protects power supply for
start relay and starter solenoid.
Left Fuse 2 (10 Amp): Protects power supply for
hour meter, InfoCenter display, proximity switches
(parkingbrake,neutralandmow) and backlapswitch
indicator light.
Left Fuse3 (15Amp):Protects powersupply forop-
tional Turf Defender
TM
Leak Detector system and
optional lights.
Left Fuse 4: Not used.
Fuse Testing
Make sure that ignition switch is OFF and key is re-
moved from switch. Remove fuses from the fuse block
for testing. Fuse should have continuity between fuse
terminals.
