To set up the test equipment and the logic analyzer
To set up the test equipment and the logic analyzer
Before testing the specifications of the Agilent 1680A,AD-series or 1690A,AD-
series logic analyzer, the test equipment and the logic analyzer must be set up
and configured.
These instructions include detailed steps for initially setting up the required test
equipment and the logic analyzer. Before performing any or all of the tests in this
chapter, the following steps must be done.
Equipment Required
Set up the test equipment
1 Turn on the required test equipment listed in the table above. Let them
warm up for 30 minutes before beginning any test.
2 Set up the pulse generator according to the following table.

3 Set up the oscilloscope:
a Select Setup, then select Default Setup.
