Are pins 13, 16, 20,
and 24 of J250 on
A30 Front Panel
board at +5 V?
Replace the A30 Front Panel
board.

Power off and remove the
cabinet using the Cabinet
removal procedure. and then
remove the A10 Main board.
Check W250.
Remove the front panel using
the Front Panel removal
procedure (leave W250
connected).
