Note: Correct electrical polarity is required for safe and proper installation. Connecting the

cable to the VX5 with the polarity reversed will cause the VX5’s fuse to be blown. See the

following table for wire color-coding specifics.

Return (DC -) Black

Vehicle Chassis (GND) Green
