DATa:STOP
Sets or queries the last data point that will be transferred when using
CURVe?. This allows the transfer of partial waveforms to the controller.
When using the CURVe command, the oscilloscope stops reading data when
there is no more data to read or when the specified record length is reached;
this command is ignored.

<Space> <NR1>
<NR1> ranges from 1 to the record length and is the last data point that will
be transferred. If <NR1> is greater than the record length, then data will be
transferred up to the record length. If both DATa:STARt and DATa:STOP are
greater than the record length, an execution error will occur. When
DATa:STOP is less than DATa:STARt, the values are swapped internally for
CURVe?.
If you always want to transfer complete waveforms, set DATa:STARt to 1 and
DATa:STOP to the record length (1000).
DATA:STOP 150
specifies that the waveform transfer will stop at data point 150.
DATA:STOP?
might return 285 as the last data point that will be transferred.
