DIAg:RESUlt:FLAg? (Query Only)
Returns the pass/fail status from the last diagnostic test sequence execution.
Used the DIAg:RESUlt:LOG? query to determine which test(s) has failed.

FAIl indicating that at least one of the selected diagnostic tests have failed.
DIAG:RESULT:FLAG?
returns either PASS or FAIl.
DIAg:RESUlt:LOG? (Query Only)
Returns the internal results log from the last diagnostic test sequence execuĆ
tion. The list contains all modules and module interfaces that were tested
along with the pass/fail status of each.
