TEKSecure
Initializes both waveform and setup memories. This overwrites any previously
stored data: it nulls all waveform reference memory and puts all setups in the
factory init state. It then verifies that the waveform and setup memory are in
the desired state and displays a pass or a fail notifier on completion.
