RS232:HARDFlagging
Sets or queries the state of RS232 hard flagging. When hard flagging is
enabled, the oscilloscope sends data as long as CTS (Clear To Send) is
asserted. When receiving data, the oscilloscope asserts RTS (Request To
Send) until the input buffer is almost full. When the oscilloscope deasserts
