*RST (No Query Form)
(Reset) Returns the oscilloscope to a known set of oscilloscope settings, but
does not purge any aliases or stored settings.

*RST returns oscilloscope settings to the factory defaults (see Appendix D).
The *RST command does not alter the following items:
H The state of the RSĆ232 or IEEE 488.1 interfaces
H The selected IEEE Std 488.1-1987 address of the oscilloscope
H Calibration data that affect device specifications
H The Output Queue
H The Service Request Enable Register setting
H The Standard Event Status Enable Register setting
H The PowerĆon status clear flag setting
H Alias definitions
H Stored settings
