Returns the time per division of the main time base. The commands HORiĆ

<NR3> is the time per division. The range is 10 ns (TDS 310), 5 ns (TDS 320),
or 2.5 ns (TDS 350) to5sina1-2-5 sequence. Values that are not in a
1-2-5 sequence are set to the closest valid value.
