11.5.1. RELAY BOARD
The information found in Section 11.5.5 of the M300E/EM Operators Manual (P/N 04288) is applicable to the
M300EU with the following exception:
• The following table replaces Table 11-8 of the M300E/EM Operators Manual.

11.5.2. MOTHERBOARD
11.5.2.1. A/D Functions
The M300EU makes higher resolution CO measurements than the M300E/EM means that it is susceptible to
temperature coefficient issues related to the motherboard’s A-to-D converter that could occur if the temperature
of the motherboard differs significantly from that of the rest of the analyzer’s oven area.
• Compare the values of the BOX TEMP & OVEN TEMP test functions. If they are significantly different
check the function of the:
• Oven theaters.
• The oven heater fans.
• The motherboard stabilization fan.
• The relays controlling the oven heaters.
• No abnormal blockages to airflow inside the oven area exist.
