Maintenance every 250 service hours
Checking the condenser for the free flow of
air, cleaning if necessary
- Refer to page 189 of maintenance as required.
Checking the seat of the compressor
- Check the compressor (1) for security and damage.
Checking the V-belt of the compressor for
proper tension and condition
- Check the V-belt (2) for tension and condition.
Checking the condensate water drain
- Check the drain (2) of the condensate water, cleaning
the drain hose if necessary.
Visual inspection of air conditioner for leaks
- Make a visual inspection of the air conditioner and
hoses for leaks.
Checking the air conditioner hoses and
wiring for damage
- Check all hoses, pipes and wiring of the air conditio-
ner for damage or chafing.
