Maintenance schedule
Periodic maintenance
Interval Service and inspection
Maintenance every 250 service hours
Check the engine for leaks
Check the engine oil level
Check the air tubes and air hoses for leaks
Check the heating hoses for damage and tightness
Check the radiator, clean if necessary
Check the coolant concentration, add antifreeze if necessary
Check the coolant level, top up if necessary
Check the V-belt for tension and condition, tighten or replace if necessary
Check the fuel lines for condition and tightness
Check the cable connections
Check the hydraulic lines and hoses for damage and tightness
Check the steering cylinder for leaks and mechanical damages
Check the hydraulic oil level
Check the front and rear gearbox for leaks
Check the front and rear gearbox oil level
Checking the speed range selector for ease of shifting
Check the brake fluid level
