Check the condensate water drain
Visual inspection of air conditioner for leaks
Check the air conditioner hoses and wiring for damage
Clean the fresh air filter and filter mat in the fan box, replace if necessary
Check the electrical system for proper operation
Check the lights
Check the preheating system
Lubricate the tractor (except universal joints)
Check the accelerator for ease of movement, clean and grease if necessary
Check the windshield washer water level, top up if necessary
Check the frost protection of the windshield washer water
Check the windscreen wiper, renew if necessary
Tighten the wheel nuts (340 Nm)
Tighten nuts and bolts according to the torque table
Check the tyre inflation pressure
Maintenance every
500 service hours
Change the engine oil incl. oil filter (at least once a year)
Maintenance every
1000 service hours
Check the engine valve clearances
Check the glow plugs
Replace the fuel filter element
Clean the strainer in the fuel pump, replace if necessary
Lubricate the universal joints (at least once a year)
