WHanging position of the governor spring
Generally, the governor spring should be hung in 1 (See Fig. 9-4-15).

Turn the speed control to the high speed side.
Check to see that the carburetor throttle
valve has been fully opened, and then lock it.
(5)
Insert a driver into the governor shaft groove and turn it clockwise (until the governor
shaft becomes unable to turn) to lock the governor shaft and the governor lever with the
governor lever’s locking bolt.
Torque for the governor lever:
90 Q 110 kg-cm
