OPERATING THE MACHINE
Recommended usage
This heading concerns the operation of your machine. You will find in the table below all the information and operating tips for the different acces-
sories that can be used with your machine. These include work that can be carried out and the different types of soil.
Heavy and humid soil

Assemble the blades with the tips facing backwards and don’t apply
pressure on the jackleg.
Assemble the blades with the tips facing forwards.
Apply light pressure to the handlebars up and down.
This helps the machine to better re-enter the soil.
Use a material adapted to clean the soil. Assemble the blades with
the tips facing forwards to trim and cut the grass.
To add a finishing touch, assemble the blades with the tips facing
backwards.
Assemble the blades with the tips facing backwards and press very
gently on the handlebars to maintain good control over the machine.
Avoid using the machine on soil that is too stony.
Put the tips of the blades facing forwards and apply a light pressure
on the handlebars.

For optimal operation of the lawn dethatcher, it is preferable that the soil is slightly humid and
that the transporting wheel is assembled so as not to mark the lawn.
