Raising and Lowering the TV Monitor
17” TV Monitor
Use the TV button located on the auxiliary control panel to mechanically raise and lower the TV monitor.
Press the button once to raise the TV Press once to lower.
Press it once again to lower the TV.
The TV monitor will automatically lower after two hours of non-operation.
Programming the 17” TV control with the Universal Remote Control
1. Turn on the TV monitor with the manufacturer’s remote control.
2. Press TV once on the waterproof remote control.
3. On the waterproof remote control, press and hold SETUP until the LED blinks twice, then release SETUP.
4. Enter code #0844 for your TV. If you perform this procedure correctly, the LED will blink twice. If not,
repeat steps 2 through 4.
WARNING: The TV monitor is NOT waterproof or water-resistant. Water damage is not covered by the
manufacturer’s warranty. Make sure that hands are dry before coming in contact with this or any electronic
option. DO NOT SPLASH WATER ON THE TV MONITOR!
17” Swivel TV Monitor
With this option, the 17” TV monitor is mounted on a swivel and can be turned manually left or right in order
to increase screen visibility from all spa seats. If the TV is turned when you press the RAISE/LOWER button, it
will not lower until you turn the TV back to its original position.
Programming the 42” TV Monitor with the Universal Remote Control
1. Turn on the CD player and the TV tuner using the manufacturer’s remote control.
2. On the waterproof remote control, press TV once.
3. Press and hold SETUP until the LED blinks twice, then release SETUP.
4. Enter code #0731 for the 42” plasma monitor.. If you perform this procedure correctly, the LED will blink
twice.
5. Turn on the TV tuner using the manufacturer’s remote control.
6. On the waterproof remote control, press RCVR (receiver) once.
7. Press and hold SETUP until the LED blinks twice, then release SETUP.
8. Enter code #1598 for the TV tuner. If you perform this procedure correctly the LED will blink twice.
9. Press the TV button for monitor adjustments (volume, mute, etc.) and press the RCVR (receiver) button for
TV channel selection.
Universal Remote Control Operation
The Cal Spas universal remote (Figure 28) has been pre-programmed to function with the entertainment system
the spa has been configured with. However, in case you need to reprogram the remote, use the following device
list for the programming code.
