Functional Verification: Gate In Test
Description
The purpose of this test is to check the gating function. The "TRIG OUT"
port of the Command Module is used to gate the output.
Test Procedure
1. Reset the AFG:
*RST;*CLS Reset AFG and clear
status registers
2.
Set up the equipment as shown in Figure 2-3.
3. Send the following commands to the Command Module to enable the
"Trig Out" port:
*RST
OUTP:EXT:STAT ON
OUTP:EXT:SOUR INT
