Maintenance every 1500 hours
Change hydraulic oil for traction and working hydrau-
lic system
NOTE
Change the hydraulic oil while at operating
temperature.
- Place the vehicle on level ground. Raise the dump
body.
CAUTION
Secure the dump body (loading platform)*
against accidental lowering.
- Place a suitable oil container beneath the hydraulic oil
tank.
- Relieve any pressure in the hydraulic system by
operating the control levers.
CAUTION
Danger of scalding when draining hot hydraulic
oil.
- Unscrew the oil drain plug (1).
- Drain the oil.
Please ensure the oil is disposed of
properly.
- Flush the hydraulic oil tank with clean hydraulic oil if
necessary.
