Using the Infiniium DCA

Introduction
The Infiniium DCA is designed to measure a variety of high speed digital com-
munication waveforms. You can operate it in any of the following three instru-
ment modes:
• Eye/Mask Mode (100 Mb/s to 10 Gb/s) for eye diagram analysis and standards
testing (for example, SONET/SDH, Gigabit Ethernet, and Fiber Channel).
• TDR/TDT Mode for time domain reflectometry measurements
• Oscilloscope Mode (DC to 20 GHz or 50 GHz)
