beforecleaning.Donotuseliquid oraerosolcleaners.
Useadampclothforcleaning.
Follow all warnings and instructions marked on the
projector.
Foraddedprotectionto the projectorduringalightning
storm, orwhen itisleftunattendedandunused forlong
periods oftime,unplugitfromthewalloutlet.Thiswill
preventdamageduetolightningandpowerlinesurges.
Donot expose this unit torain orusenearwater...for
example,inawetbasement,nearaswimmingpool,etc...
Do not use attachments not recommended by the
manufacturerastheymaycausehazards.
Donot placethis projectoronanunstable cart,stand,
ortable.Theprojectormayfall, causingseriousinjury
toa childoradult,andseriousdamage totheprojector.
Use only with a cart or stand recommended by the
manufacturer,or soldwiththeprojector.Wall orshelf
mounting shouldfollowthemanufacturer’sinstructions,
and should use a mounting kit approved by the
manufacturers.
Anappliance and cartcombination
shouldbemovedwithcare.Quick
stops, excessive force,and uneven
surfaces may cause the appliance
andcartcombinationtooverturn.
Slotsandopeningsinthebackandbottomofthecabinet
areprovidedforventilation,toensurereliableoperationof
theequipmentandtoprotectitfromoverheating.
Theopeningsshouldneverbecoveredwithclothorother
materials,andthebottomopeningshouldnotbeblocked
by placing theprojector ona bed, sofa, rug,or other
similarsurface.Thisprojectorshould neverbeplaced
nearoroveraradiatororheatregister.
Thisprojectorshouldnotbeplacedinabuilt-ininstallation
suchasabookcaseunlessproperventilationisprovided.
Neverpushobjectsofanykindintothisprojectorthrough
cabinetslotsastheymaytouchdangerousvoltagepoints
orshortout partsthat could resultin afire or electric
shock.Neverspillliquidofanykindontheprojector.
Donotinstalltheprojectorneartheventilationductof
air-conditioningequipment.
Thisprojectorshouldbeoperatedonlyfrom the type
ofpower sourceindicated onthemarkinglabel. Ifyou
arenotsureofthetypeofpowersupplied,consultyour
authorizeddealerorlocalpowercompany.
Donotoverloadwalloutletsandextensioncordsasthis
canresultinfireorelectricshock.Donotallowanything
torestonthe powercord. Donotlocate thisprojector
wherethecordmaybedamagedbypersonswalkingon
it.
Do not attempt toservicethis projectoryourself as
opening or removing Covers may expose you to
dangerousvoltageorotherhazards.Referallservicing
toqualifiedservicepersonnel.
Unplugthisprojectorfromwalloutletandreferservicing
to qualified service personnel underthefollowing
conditions:
a.Whenthepowercordorplugisdamagedorfrayed.
b.Ifliquidhasbeenspilledintotheprojector.
c.Iftheprojectorhasbeenexposedtorainorwater.
d.Iftheprojectordoesnotoperatenormallybyfollowing
theoperatinginstructions.Adjustonlythosecontrols
that arecoveredby theoperating instructions as
improperadjustmentof other controls mayresultin
damage and willoftenrequireextensiveworkbya
qualifiedtechniciantorestoretheprojectortonormal
operation.
e.Iftheprojectorhasbeendroppedorthecabinethas
beendamaged.
f.Whentheprojectorexhibitsadistinctchangein
performance-thisindicatesaneedforservice.
Whenreplacementpartsarerequired, be surethe
servicetechnicianhasusedreplacementpartsspecified
bythemanufacturerthathavethesamecharacteristics
astheoriginal part.Unauthorizedsubstitutionsmay
resultinfire,electricshock,orinjurytopersons.
Upon completion of any service or repairs to this
projector,ask theservice technicianto performroutine
safetycheckstodeterminethattheprojectorisinsafe
operatingcondition.
