TO ADJUST STEERING WHEEL ALIGN-
MENT
If steeringwheel crossbars are not
hodzontal (left to right)when wheels are
positionedstraightforward, remove
steedng wheel and reassemble per
instructionsin the Assembly section of
this manual.
FRONT WHEEL TOE-IN ADJUSTMENT
Frontwheel toe-in is required for proper
steedng operation. Toe-inwas set atthe
factory and adjustment should not be
necessary. If parts in thefrontaxle or
steering mechanism have been replaced
or damaged, check toe-in and adjust if
necessary.
TO CHECK TOE-IN -
1. Positionfront wheels straightahead.
2. Measure distance between wheels at
front and rear of tires (dimensions "A"
and "B").
Frontdimension "A" should be 1/8" to
1/4" less than rear dimension "B".
TO ADJUST TOE-IN -
1. Loosenjam nutsat adjusteleet
sleeves on tie rod.
2. Adjust tie rod untildimension "A" is
1/8" to 1/4" less than dimension "B'.
3. Tighten jam nuts securely,
FRONT WHEEL CAMBER
The frontwheel camber is not adjustable
on yourtractor, If damage has oocurrodto
affect the front wheel camber,contact
your nearest authorized sewica center/
department.

TO REMOVE WHEEL FOR REPAIRS
FRONT WHEEL-
1. Block up axle securely,
2. Remove axle cover, retaining ring and
3, Repair tire and reassemble,
4. Replace washers and snap retaining
ring securely in axle groove.
5. Replace axle cover,
REAR WHEEL -
1. Blockrear axle securely.
2. Remove five (5) hub boltsto allow
wheel removal.
3. Repair tire and reassemble. Replace
and tightenhub bolts securely.
NOTE: To seal tirepunctures and prevent
fiat tires due to slow leaks, tiresealant
may be purchased from your local parts
dealer. Tire sealant also prevents tiredry
rot and corrosion.

sta_ng, fogowthisprocedure:
IMPORTANT: Yourt'actor isequippedwitha
12 voltnegativegroundedsystem.Theother
vehicalmustalsobe a 12 voltnegative
grounded system.Donotuseyourtractor
batterytostartothervehicles.
TO ATTACHJUMPER CABLES-
1, Connect each endof the RED cable to
the POSITIVE (+) terminal ofeach
battery, taking care notto short
against chassis.
2. Connect one end of the BLACKcable
to the NEGATIVE (-) terminal of fully
charged battery.
3. Connect the other end of the BLACK
cable to good CHASSIS GROUND,
away from fuel tank and battery.
TO REMOVE CABLES,REVERSE ORDER-
1. BLACK cable firstfrom chassisand
then from the fullycharged battery.
2. RED cable last from beth batteries.
