Use PTs for voltages over 347 V L-N / 600 V L-L.
Wye (Star) wiring for PT primaries and secondaries.

Phase B voltage (V2) displayed by meter is derived from phase A and
phase C, not measured. V2 will display a value even if no voltage is
present on Phase B. V2 values are only accurate for balanced loads.
