RemovingTubeChannelAssembly
1.Removethe3rightsidebricks.
2.Removethebafeprotectionchannelbybendingbackthetabs
using needle nose pliers located at the right and left side of the
protection cover. Lift the cover up slightly and pull toward the
frontandoutoftherebox.Figure 24.1.
3. Locate the 2 channel nuts and two bolts inside of chamber and
removeusinga7/16socketwrench.Figure 24.2.
NOTE:Soaktheboltswithpenetratingoilforatleast15minutes
before trying to remove them.
4.Slidethetubechannelassemblyallthewaytoleftuntilitisoffthe
threads.Droptherightsidedown,thenslidetheassemblyback
to right. Figure 24.3.
5.Theceramicblanketandbothbafeboardscanberemovedat
the same time you remove the tube channel assembly.
6. When the tube channel assembly is free of the left side sup-
port,rotateclockwiseandpullassembly,blanketandbafesout
through the front opening.
7. Re-install in reverse order.
