THROTTLE/CHOKE CONTROL
Thethrottle/chokecontrolis locatedon the leftsideof
the tractor'sdashpanel.Thislevercontrolsthespeed
of theengineand,whenpushedallthewayforward,
closesthechokefor cold starting.Whensetin agiven
position,thethrottlewillmaintaina uniformengine
speed.
NOTE:Whenoperatingthe tractorwiththe cutting
deckengaged,becertainthatthethrottle/choke
controlis alwaysinthe FAST(rabbit)position.
BRAKE PEDAL
The brakepedalis locatedon the leftfront
sideof the tractoralongthe runningboard.
The brakepedalcan beusedfor sudden
stopsor settingthe parkingbrake.
NOTE:Thebrakepedalmustbefully
depressedtoactivatethe safetyinterlock
switchwhenstartingthetractor.
SEAT ADJUSTMENT LEVER
The seatadjustmentleveris locatedbelowthe front!leftof the seat.
The leverallowsfor adjustmentof the foreto aft positionof the
operator'sseat. RefertotheAssemblysectionof thismanualfor more
detailedinstructions.
DECK LIFT LEVER
Foundonyourtractor'srightfender,
the decklift leverisusedto changethe
heightofthecuttingdeck.To use,move
the leverto theleft,thenplacein the
notchbestsuitedfor yourapplication.
