Recharging the Jazz PP 300 C Battery

and maximum battery life, recharge the Jazz PP 300 C only
with the Xantrex supplied chargers or approved battery
chargers.
Recharging the Jazz PP 300 C Battery
To check the battery’s charge level, press the Battery Status
button.
You can recharge the battery using:
the fully automatic “plug-in-and-forget” AC Charger.
the DC Charging Cable to recharge from your vehicle as
you drive.
a generator equipped with a 12 volt battery charging
outlet.
a solar panel.
CAUTION
Due to inherent self-discharge, lead acid batteries must be
charged at least every 3 months, especially in a warm
environment. Leaving a battery in a discharged state, or
not recharging every 3 months, may result in permanent
battery damage.
CAUTION
Do not attempt to recharge the Jazz PP 300 C battery if it
is frozen. Gradually warm the frozen battery to 32 °F
(0 °C) before recharging.
Note: Battery Level indicators are only accurate when the
Jazz PP 300 C has been disconnected from all appliances
and all charging sources for fifteen minutes.
