Pressure-fit the oil seals into the adaptor and the gear case.

in the adaptor, under the condition that their teeth are engaged

Set the thrust washer onto the edge face

the gear

Set the output shaft assembly in the adaptor. (See Fig.

Put the packing on the mating face of the case. (It
is
not necessary
to
supply sealing compund to the mating face.)
Cover the gear case. (Don't give physical impacts with such tools as a hammer
to
compulsorily set it.) (See Fig.

Clamp the case with six

bolts and an

bolt. Never forget to set thrust washers for the bolts.
Tightening torque:
250
kg.-cm
+50
kgcm.
Remove the vinyl tape around the input shaft, and then set the O-ring.
