operator'smanual.Duringthe warrantyyear,ifthisequipmentexperiencesanyfailureduetodefectsinmaterialor workmanship,RETURNITTO
YOURNEARESTSEARSPARTS& REPAIRCENTER,andSearswillrepairit, freeofcharge.In-homewarrantyserviceisavailable,butyou will
havetopaya tripcharge.
This warranty does not cover:
• Expendableitemswhichbecomewornduringnormaluse,suchassparkplugs,aircleaners,blades.
• Tirereplacementorrepaircausedby puncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchasnails,thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbutnotlimitedto, damagecausedbyobjects,suchas stones,metaldebrisor
oversizedpiecesof wood,or impactingobjectsthatbendtheframeorcrankshaft,or over-speedingtheengine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbutnot limitedto,electricalandmechanicaldamagecausedbyimproper
storage,failureto usethepropergradeandamountof engineoil,orfailureto maintaintheequipmentaccordingtothe instructionscontained
in theoperator'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningorrepairscausedbyfueldeterminedtobecontaminatedor oxidized(stale). Ingeneral,fuel shouldbeused
within30 daysof itspurchasedate.
• Equipmentif usedfor commercialorrentalpurposes.
Thiswarrantyappliesforonly 90 daysifthisproductiseverusedfor commercialorrentalpurposes.
This warrantyappliesonlywhilethisproductis usedintheUnitedStates.
This warrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
