Snowthrower
is
carefully
inspected
and
tested
at
the
Factory. We,
or
your
Dealer, will
repair
or
replace,
at
our
option
and
at
no
cost
to
you,
any
part
which
we
find
to
be
defective
in
materials
or
workman-
ship
for
a
period
of
3 years
from
the
date
you
purchase
your
Snowthrower.
Note:
Warranty
for
commercial
use
is
limited
to
ninety
(90) days
from
the
date
of
purchase.
This
LIMITED
3 YEAR WARRANTY
also
applies
to all
parts
except
the
engine,
which
is
warranted
separately
by
the
engine
manufacturer.

write
us
for
a
free
copy
of
the
engine
warranty.)
All
transportation
and
shipping
costs
for
returned
and
replacement
parts
and
for
making
the
product
available
for
service,
must
be
paid
by you.
This
warranty
presumes
you will
provide
reasonable
care
for
the
product
and
does
not
cover
defects,
malfunctions
or
failure
caused
by misuse,
neglect,
ac-
cidents
or
unauthorized
attachments
or
parts.
This
warranty
does
not
cover
incidental
or
consequential
damages
or
expense
of
any
kind,
including
but
not
limited
to
cost
of
equipment
rental.
Any
implied
warranties,
including
but
not
limited
to
any
implied
warranty
of
merchantibility
or
fitness
for
a
particular
purpose,
are
limited
in
duration
to
the
warranty
period
specified
above.
