General Instructions
Before starting assembly and mounting of the machine, staff shall receive instruction on following safety issues:
- accident risk;
- individual protection devices for the operator's safety (safety gloves and safety shoes);
- general accident prevention rules and accident prevention rules according to international directives and law provisions of
destination country;
- at delivery make sure that components have not been damaged during transport.
Handling, Delivery
RHINO machines are packed and sent in wooden cases.
Use suitable hoisting gears for handling packages.
ASSEMBLY
Do not tilt or turn the machine upside-down during hoisting and transport.
If packages are unloaded from a forklift
make sure that the weight is equally
distributed also on forks.
If necessary place suitable wooden wedges
under the package in order to make hoisting
easier.
If packages are unloaded with a chain hoist or a hook, make sure
that the load is equally distributed and use approved hoisting
devices for the harness in conformity with law requirements.
