Cooling System - 4500
NOTES:
1. Attach item 5, overflow hose, from bottom of bottle to radiator overflow
port located on filler neck.
2. Use 3M™ Scotch Grip™ 1300 adhesive or equivalent to install seals.
Follow vendor’s instructions carefully for proper application of adhesive.
3. Use existing fasteners.
4. With item 49, water bypass hose, rotated to approximate position
shown, cut hose 1.50” from outside radius (as shown).
5. Measure 2.00” additional, cut again & discard this section of hose. Install
remaining 2 sections of hose.

7. Used on machines with electronic throttle and governor, serial number
02034020 and higher.
