1. Use Loctite® Pipe Sealant 592 (005488) on the threads of all pipe
fittings.
2. Bottom of reservoir must rest on supports of sub-frame.
3. Remove bolt that holds lift bracket and replace bracket with one item 44,
flat washer.
4. Place a thin layer of oil on element gasket before assembly. Install as
shown. Tighten element 3/4 turn after initial gasket contact.
5. Use Loctite® 545 (this fitting only).
6. Used on tractors with serial number prior to 04014000.
