Electrical Installation
Ꮨ DANGER
The National Electric Code requires the use of a ground fault circuit interrupter on all
therapeutic pools and tubs (hydrotherapeutic tanks). Failure to follow this requirement
could result in serious or fatal injury.
ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD. All disassembly and maintenance of the tub MUST
be done by a qualified technician, certified electrician or plumber. Disconnect electrical
supply or turn OFF circuit breaker before performing any maintenance to the tub.
ƽ WARNING
Be certain ALL electrical work is performed by a qualified electrician and is in
compliance with local electrical codes.
All electrical conduit, fittings and wire to unit are to be supplied and installed by a
professional electrician in accordance with the National electrical code as a minimum
requirement, including the supply and installation of a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter
(GFCI).
Before installing and connecting the tub, make certain that the electrical power source
is shut off to avoid electrical shock.
