Poulan PRO, a division of Husqvarna
Consumer Outdoor Products N.A., Inc., w ar-
rants to the original consumer purchaser that
each new Pou lan PR O brand gasoline tool or
attach ment is free from defects in materi al and
workmanship and agrees to repair or replace
under this w arrantyany defective g asolineprod-
uct or attachment as follows from the original
date of purchase.
2YEARS--Parts and Labor , when u se d for
household purpo ses.
90 DA YS -- Pa rts and Labor , when used for
commercial, p rofessional, or income producing
purposes.
30 DA YS -- Parts and Labor, if used for rent al
purposes.
This warrant y is not tra nsferable and does not
cover damage or liability caused by im proper
handling, improper maintenanceoralte ration, or
the use of accessories and/or attachm ents not
specifically reco mmended by Poulan PRO fo r
this to ol. This warranty doe s not cover tune--up,
spark plugs, f ilters, starter ropes, cutting line, or
rotating hea d parts thatwi ll wear and requ ire re-
placem ent with reasonable use during the war-
ranty period . This wa rranty d oes not coverpre--
deliver y setup or no rmal adju stments explained
in the instruction manual. This warra nty does
not cover tr anspor tation costs.
In the event you have aclaimunder this warran-
ty, you must return the p roduct to an authorized
service dealer .

YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OB -
LIGATIONS: The U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency, California A ir Resources
Board, Envi ronment Canada and Poulan
PRO are p leased t o explai n the emissi ons con-
trol system wa rranty on your year 2010 and lat-
er small of f--road engine. In California, all small
off--road engines must be desi gned, built , and
equi pp ed to m eet t he S ta te ’s st r inge nt anti--
smog standards. Poulan PRO must warrant
the emission control system on your small
off--road engine for the periods of t ime listed
below provided there has been noabuse,ne-
glect, or improper maintenance of your small
off--road engine. Your emi s sion co nt ro l syste m
includes parts such as th e carburetor, the igni-
tion syst em andthe fuel t ank.Where awarrant-
able condition exists, Poulan PRO will repair
your small off--road engine at no cost to you.

diagnosis, parts and labor .
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY COV-
ERAGE:If anyemissions relatedpart onyour
engine (as listed under Emissions Contr ol
Warranty Parts List) is defective or a defect i n
the materials or workmanship of the engin e
causes the failur e of such an emissi on related
part, the pa rt will b e repa ired o r replaced by
Poulan PRO. OWNER’S WARRANTY RE-
SPON SIBILITIES: A s the small off--road en-
gine owner, you are responsible for the per-
formance of the required maintenance listed
in your instr uction manual. Poulan P RO r ec-
ommends thatyouret ainall r eceipts covering
maintenance on your small off--road engine,
but Poulan PRO cannot deny warranty solely
for thelack of receipts or for yourfailureto en-
sure the p e rformance of all scheduled main-
tenance. As the small off--r oad engineowner,
you should b e aware that Poulan PRO may
deny youwarranty coverage ifyour smalloff--
road engine or a part of it has failed due to
