To change/delete a programmed speed dial number

Select the “FAX REGISTRATION”
menu.
❍ Refer to “To select the “FAX
REGISTRATION” menu” on
page 10-2.

Press the [2] key from the 10-Key
Pad to select “SPEED DIAL”.

Using the 10-Key Pad, enter the
speed dial number that you wish to
change or delete.

Press the [No] key.

Using the and keys, select
either “EDIT” or “DELETE”, and
then press the [Yes] key.
❍ If “EDIT” was selected, the fax
number is displayed. (Continue
with step 6.)
❍ If “DELETE” was selected, the settings programmed for the speed
dial number are deleted and the “FAX REGISTRATION” menu
appears again.
❍ If you try to change the settings for a speed dial number used in
group dialing or program dialing, a confirmation message appears,
asking whether or not to change the corresponding settings
programmed in group dialing or program dialing.
If the [Yes] key is pressed, the corresponding settings
programmed in group dialing or program dialing are changed.
If the [No] key is pressed, the corresponding settings programmed
in group dialing or program dialing are deleted.
