Description:
The input 1 PPS can be sliced at two deferent levels. This command selects which slicing
level is used. x=0 - High 5 volt input threshold, x=1 - Low 2.5 volt input threshold.

The yyy is a number from 000 to 255. The number is the delay value sent to a programmable
delay. The programmable delay moves the 1 PPS outputs and allows them to be aligned to
the 10 MHz.
