Driveline Lubrication
Grease Fittings are located on the Cross Assembly
of each U-Joint (Figure Mnt-0002) and on the
Round Housing (Figure Mnt-0003). Grease the U-
Joint after each 8 hours of use. Do not force grease
through the Needle Cup Assemblies. Grease the
Round Housing after every 8 hours of use, except in
sandy soil conditions. Some PTO-to-Hitch
connections may necessitate cutting a hole in the
shields to be able to align the Grease Fitting holes
for lubrication.
Tail Wheel Lubrication
Tail Wheel Bearings are packed at the factory with
heavy-duty bearing grease. Grease Fittings are
provided in the Wheel Hub and Tail Wheel Beam.
Grease after 8 hours of use.
