Outdoo r Products N.A. , Inc., warrants to the
original consum er purchaser that each new
Poulan brand gasoline tool or attachm ent is
free from defect s in material and workmanship
and agrees to repair or replace under th is
warranty any defective gasoline product or
attach ment as foll ows from the origi nal date of
purcha se.
2YEARS--Parts and Labor, when used for
household purpo ses.
90 DAYS -- Parts and Labor , when used for
commercial, professional, or income producing
purposes.
30 DA YS -- Parts and Labor , if use d for rental
purposes.
This war ranty is not transferable and does not
cover damage or liability caused by improper
handling, improper maintenanceor alteration, or
the use of acce ssories and/or att achments no t
specifically recommended b y Poul an for this
tool. This warranty does n ot cove r tune--up,
spark plugs, fil ters, starter ropes, cutting line, or
rotating head parts that will wear and require
replacement with reasonable use duri ng the
warranty peri od. This warranty does not cover
pre--delivery setup or n ormal adjustments
explai ned in the inst ruct ion manual. This
warra nty does not co ver transportation cost s.
In the event yo u have a claim under this
warra nty, you must ret urn the product to a n
authorized service dealer.

YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OB-
LIGATIONS: The U.S. Envir onm ental
Protect ion Agency, California Air Resources
Board, Environment Canada and Poulan a re
pleasedto explain theemissions contro lsyste m
warra nty on your year 2010 and later small off--
road engine. In California, all sm all of f--road en-
gines must be designed, built, and equipped to
meet t he Stat e’s st ringent anti--smog stan-
dards. Poulan must warrant the emission
controlsystemon your small off -- roadengine
for the periods of time listed below provided
there has been no abuse, neglect, or improp-
ermaintenanceof yoursmall of f--roadengine.
Your emission contr ol system includes parts
such as the carburetor , the ignition system and
the f uel t ank. Where a warr antable condition
exists, Poulan will repair your small off--road
engine at no cost to you. Expenses covered
under warranty include diagnosis, parts and
labor.

Warranty Par ts List ) is def ective or a defect in
the materia ls or workmanship of the e ng ine
causes the failu re of such an emissi on re lated
part, the part will be repaired or replaced by
Poulan. OWNER’S WARRANTY RESPON-
SIBILITIES: A s the small off--road engine
owner, you are responsible for the perfor-
mance of the required maintenance listed in
your inst ruction manual. Poulan recom-
mends that you retain all receipts covering
maintenance on your small off--road engine,
but Poulan cannot deny warranty solely for
the lack of receipts or for yo ur failure to en-
sure the p e rformance of all scheduled main-
tenance. As the small off--road engineowner,
you should be aware that Poulan may deny
you warranty coverage if your small off--road
engine or a part of it has f ailed due to abuse,
