Standard Seeds Box Assembly
Refer to Figure 1-6:
1. Remove the SMV (#10) and SMV mounting bracket
from the main box.
2. Remove the 14 bolts, lock washers and nuts that are
assembled in the rear of the main box. Retain two
bolts, lock washers andnuts and use these to plug the
two holes in the rear of the Standard Seed Box where
the SMV was removed.
3. Assemble the Standard Seed Box Assembly (#1) at
the ends with the eight 5/16” bolts(#6), backing plates
(#3), flat washers (#9), lock washers (#8) and nuts
(#7). Do not tighten until spacers (#2) (step 4) are
assembled.
4. Align the six box spacers (#2) to the inner holes of the
Standard Seed Box and the main box and assemble
the four longer 5/16” bolts (#5), flat washers (#9), lock
washers (#8) and nuts (#7).
5. Remove larger rubber caps attached to the tubes on
the seeder. Attachthe rubber seed tubes tothe feeder
cups and then to the tubes in the seeder.
6. Install SMV (#10) with SMV mounting bracket to
Standard Seed Box Assembly (#1).
