Customer Gold Key Program:

This new option will provide your customer with more flexibility to schedule their Gold Key
Experience Tour of a product similar to their purchase. Customers can choose a date that fits
their schedule and allows them to arrange travel in advance. This experience will provide
your customer with the same irreplaceable opportunity of a personal tour of our World Class
facility, with the exception of seeing their machine on the day of their tour. This tour will be
scheduled in advance with your customer#s input and will occur during an eight week period
(4 weeks prior to or 4 weeks after the machine#s expected warehouse date). There is more
availability and flexibility for this option to accommodate your customer#s needs. Upon
selection of this option, the factory will contact you to schedule a tour date.
