whentoo muchstrainis placedon themotor.Referto Maintenance&
AdjustmentsSectionto resetthis switch.
CORD RESTRAINT
STARTING MOTOR
Avoidaccidentalstarting.Makesureyou arein the operatingposition
behindthe mowerwhen usingit.Toavoidseriousinjury,theoperator
andunitshouldbe ina stablepositionwhile starting.
Connecting to an Electrical Power Source
This mowershouldbeoperatedon a 15or 20 AMPcircuit.If you
experiencedifficultyin startingwitha standard15AMPfuseorcircuit
breaker,contactyour nearestSearsor otherqualifiedservicedealer.
Donot usea higherratedfuseorbreakerwithoutconsultingyour
powercompany.
Thecord restraintislocatedonthe backof theupperhandle,and
whenusedproperly,helpstoprotectthemotor/bladecontroland
extensioncord poweringthe unit.
