Loss of memory in the control
Resumption of default parameters
Power failure
Power output variation. The control
accepts a voltage range between 20VAC
and 30VAC
Reset the heat pump from
the breaker. The control is
back to factory settings,
call an authorized
technician to recover
personalized settings (not
covered by warranty)
Call an authorized
technician if there are still
problems

Error of communication
between the control and the remote control
Cables are incorrectly plugged in or
defective
Defective control or remote control
Reset the heat pump from
the breaker.
Check connections.
Call an authorized

For the hot-gas defrosting option. The
defrosting operation has not finished in the
predefined time.
Heat pump stopped. Unplug the heat pump
and then plug it back in to restart the control.
If the problem persists, consider the
following options.
Reversing valve blocked
Defrosting captor is defective
Compressor is inactive in defrosting
mode
Reset the heat pump from
the breaker.
Call an authorized
technician

No water flow when pump operated by the
control (swimming pool pump control option
only)
Resumption of activities if water flow is
detected
The valves of the heat pump are closed
The pump is disconnected
The pipes are obstructed
The water flow detector is defective: the
water circulates in the heat pump but is
not detected
Reset the heat pump from
the breaker.
Open the valves of the
heat pump
Connect back the heat
pump
Unblock the pipes
Call an authorized
technician
