A. Drive Control
• Push drive control forward to propel mower. Push the
drive control further forward to increase ground speed.
B. Starter Insert
• Remove starter insert to prevent mower from
being started.
• Install starter insert to enable starting of mower.
C. Battery Charge
• Indicates location of battery charge port.
D. Mower Start
1. Squeeze blade control against drive control, and pull
drive control all the way back.
2. Push start button.
• Engine will start.
E. Mower Stop
• Release blade control.
• Engine will stop.
• Remove starter insert to prevent mower from
being started.
A. WARNING: Avoid Serious Injury or Death
Read the operator’s manual before attempting to
operate the mower.
Mow across slopes, not up or down.
To avoid injury to others, do not mow when
others, especially children, are around.
To reduce the potential for fire, wait at least 2
minutes before refueling.
B. DANGER: Amputation and Thrown Object Hazard.
To avoid serious injury or death, keep hands and
feet away from the mower deck at all times during
operation.
To avoid injury from thrown objects, do not
operate the mower unless all mulching, discharge,
or bagging components are in their proper place.
C. DANGER: Keep Hands and Feet Away.
D. WARNING: Guard or Entire Grass Catcher Must Be
Installed Before Operating Mower.
