tive or a defect in t he materials o r workmanship

UCTS, INC.

SPONSIBILITIES:
As the small off--road en-
gine en gine o wner , you a re responsible for th e
performance of t he required maintenance listed
in your instruction manual. ELECTROLUX
HOME PRODUCTS, INC., recomme n ds t h at
you retain all receipts covering maintenance on
your small o ff--road e ngine, but ELEC TROLUX
HOME PRODUCTS, INC., cannot deny war-
ranty solely for the lack of receipts or for your
failure to ensure the performance o f all sched-
uled maintenance. As the small off--road en-
gine engine owner , you should be a ware that

may deny you warranty coverage if your small
of f--road en gine e ngine or a part o f it has failed
due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance,
unap proved modifications, or the use o f parts
not made or approved by the original equipment
