USING THE BLOWER
When operating the blower, the collection
bag must be supported by the shoul der
stra p. The stra p should be wor n ove r the
shoulder as shown.
W ARNING: Always check that
the collection bag is intact and the
zipper is closed before starting the
blower. Never use a damaged bag.
There is risk of injury due to flying
debris. Be carefu l, parti cularl y if left
hand operation is applie d. Avoid any
direct body contact with th e ex-
haust outlet area.
W ARNING: Never star t the blower
if th e inl et cover is not closed, is
damaged or cannot be closed
(except if the vacuum tube is fi tted).
W ARNING: Do not operate the
blower while standing on a ladder or
a stand.
Start the blower as described in the St arting
and Stopping section. Work according to the
following instructions:
1. Do not vacuum large solid objects that
can damage the fan, such as wood, cans
(tins) or lengths of st ring or ribb on.
2. Do not let the va cuum tube strike the
ground.
3. The collection bag ca n be emptied by fir st
stopping the unit and then opening the zip-
per on the sid e.
Vacuuming
Before va cuuming, put on the required
safety equipment.
WARNING: When working with
the blower , wear the required p er-
sonal safety equipment:
1. Hearing protec tion.
2. Eye prot ection.
3. Protect ive gloves.
4. Face mask in dusty environment s.
